- Went out yesterday . It was suppose to be a class outing, but in the end, only iggy and gui turn up. And gui pang sei us before the movie. So its just left with iggy and me to the movie. Went to watch fast and furious: Toyko Drift. How 'romantic' was that man? Luckily, both of us are not gay.. phew!
The movie's story plot was ok only.. not the fantastic type. But the action part was nice. But as compared to Initial D, i still think the latter was better.
After which, we met up with Zhisheng and Kailing at raffles city to have our dinner. Dinner was settled at 'The Soup Spoon’ as recommended by Kailing. And we met Ryan there. How come whenever we go out, we dont see him. But when we go out with Kailing, then we'll see him? Could this means something? Hahaha..
The crowds at esplanade and marina was amasing. People was squeezing their way thru crowds, with small kids and old folks in wheelchair among the crowds. Fireworks never fail to bring Singaoreans together.
Fireworks was... spectacular, as usual. Initially, it was in synchronised timing, forming beautiful patterns in the sky. Then, towards the end, it turn to be a bundle of fireworks exploding in the sky, lighting the whole sky with colorful lited sparks. We were so close to the fireworks tt we could felt the remains of the fireworks falling down on us.
This made me think of using fireworks to ask for someone's hands in marriage. If only we could do that, wouldnt it be great? It would be soooo romantic... But sad to say, we cant do that in Singapore for now. But who knows wat will happen in the future.
