- 1st day at the Uni was... boring.
Met up with andy in the morning (who was as usual, late!) before entering the nayang auditorium. The talk was informative, but boring. All the AUs, all the point system, all the people from china and india really makes my stress level goes up. Worse thing is, some of the professors for my engineering course are from china. And u shld know how china ppl speak english. I was quite disappointed with the DEAN of CoE too. Though i could still understand what he said, his english isnt fluent enough. I mean, comeon, as a DEAN of a school of engineering, i expected higher standards.
Met bennett and his friends during reception. We went to canteen B for lunch and EEE orientation talk after that. EEE wasnt really my cup of tea, but bennett was interested, and i dont want to be alone, so i tagged along. I would have gone to MAE otherwise.
Surprise thing is, i actually met wei jun. Didnt see him for like 2 years already. And its still the same old wei jun, no change appearence definately.
I went to check out bennett's hostel after all the talks. Its was still ok, spacious enough for 2 people. His friend and him intended to clean up the room, and i didnt know that i was so crazy and helpful enough to help out. Well, it wasnt really nice standing there and watching them do all the work, is it?
Uni life hasnt impress me yet. I was still hoping for more vibrant and colorful things to happen. Will my Uni life be as colorful as my JC life? Or will it be a dull and uninteresting one?
