- ORD yesterday. A feeling u wouldnt want to forget when u get ur pink ic. U will miss the camp, all the staff so much that u dont feeling leaving anymore. The heartache of leaving ur friends behind while u carry on with ur life. But life's like that,isnt it? People come and go around me. People who have gone through thick and thin in BMT, SISPEC, and my Hq. They are the ones who make ur lives complete.
Yesterday, i got to speak to my boss alone. I was hoping for that chance, and i finally got it. He said that he like working with me. Hmm, though i dont really like him, i still thanked him for the guildience he had given me the past 1 1/2 yrs. He had made me developed into a better and stronger person.
Not forgetting my immediate boss, my beloved 2wo mathi. He wasnt around when i left on friday. I couldnt send my last regards to him. But he is someone u would respecting for, though sometimes u dont really like the ugly side of him.
Received my pink ic yesterday. As well as my testimonial and COS. Hiaz.. the moment i talk abt COS, i disappionted(u shld know why).
And so he wrotes:
3SG gwee has been with training cadre since his posting to NCC on 10 NOV 2004. He has performed very well as a specialist trainer in the conduct of training for NCC cadets, especially on adventure course. he is also Admin Specialist responsible for the planning and coordinates the indent of supplies and store requirement for training cadre. He was able to relate well with the other officers and Specialists of other branches. He is well respected by all who worked with him for his sense of duty and responsibility in doing a job well.
As a specialist, 3SG gwee is loyal to his unit and the branch he belongs to. He is very responsible in duties given to him. he always shows and exemplary conduct and behaviour. Though quiet in nature, he is very dedicated to his roles and function in the branch. he is truly a team player and an asset to the organisation.
3SG gwee is in fact a role model for other specialists to emulate. his attitude for National Service is very postivie and will waste no time to improve himself whenever there is opportunity. He is, in my opiniion, a truly outstanding specialist in both performance and conduct.
